I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, right in the center of the city. It was in a quiet area, so I was able to get a peaceful night's sleep. The service was top-notch, from the friendly and helpful front desk manager to the attentive staff. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed for a luxurious stay. I especially appreciated the air conditioning, as well as the tea and coffee facilities in the room. it was a great experience.
I couldn't find my reservation at first, even though I had booked online and called ahead. However, the receptionist quickly resolved the issue and made sure I had a smooth check-in.
